This section of my portfolio features some of my earliest designs from 2007-2008, where I honed my craft in the furniture design industry. These projects primarily consist of sketches and frame drawings, reflecting my initial steps before the introduction of 3D visualizations. During this period, I focused heavily on understanding the structural integrity of furniture, using CAD software to create detailed frame and foam designs.
The designs were driven by the need to balance aesthetic appeal with functional engineering, laying the groundwork for later developments. As part of the design process, I created container loading and packing illustrations, ensuring the designs were optimized for production and logistics. These projects not only shaped my understanding of the furniture industry but also developed my skill set in preparing detailed briefs and working with manufacturers.
Throughout this phase, I was able to experiment with creative ideas and explore the technical side of furniture design, while maintaining a focus on quality, practicality, and commercial appeal.
